Food diary—Tues. Jan. 6 & Wed. Jan. 7, 2015

On Tuesday, January 6, I ate: One grapefruit. Several cups each tea and water. Bowl of buttery popcorn. A glass of red wine. Leftover tofu & veggie stir-fry with brown rice.
