Today I ate:
- Green smoothie with 1.5 cups water, handful red leaf lettuce, 1 shot wheat grass, 1 peeled lemon, 1.5 apples with peel, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 probiotics capsule, sea buckthorn berry oil, 1/2 tsp bee pollen – I had half
- 3 raw chocolate chip cookie dough balls
- Raw veggie crackers with raw nut pate
- Some Camino chocolate
- Homemade broccoli soup with 1 slice homemade multigrain bread, topped with butter, plus a glass of red wine
- Air-popped popcorn with butter and some soda
