The sistertraveller mentioned recently about how she has been sauteeing rainbow Swiss chard to mix with her eggs in the morning. It sounded so good that Mr Science and I just had to try it. So delicious!
Our omelette was very green and very local. It was packed full of rainbow chard, free-range eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. We enjoyed it over homemade whole wheat bread (local flour with added ground flax!), toasted and topped with a pat of butter. The perfect breakfast for a Sunday!
