10:45am Small bowl local pesticide-free spaghetti squash baked with homemade grass-fed beef and tomato (home-canned!) sauce, mozza, and parm – 250 calories
12pm Green smoothie with 2 cups water, 2 chopped apples, 1 tbsp each chia seeds and home-dried dark leafy greens powder and organic all-natural lemon juice (I drank this over the course of about three hours) – 200 calories. This is a really great way to keep drinking green smoothies during the winter! Your greens can be dried and powdered (and thus extremely concentrated); they don’t always have to be fresh.
6pm 1 glass red wine with some leftover mushroom ravioli and more spaghetti squash with meat sauce – 700 calories
7:15pm Another glass of red wine – 150 calories
