Today I ate:

8am 1 cup water and a couple bites of homemade whole wheat bread, toasted (1/2 slice had butter and organic raspberry jam on it, the other 1/2 slice had homemade natural PB and jam) – 100 calories. I had a couple bites before realizing that I wasn’t as hungry as I thought I was, so I packed it away to eat later.

8:30am Go-mug of black fair trade organic coffee – 0 calories

9:30am The rest of the toast – 300 calories

12:30pm 2 cups water and a small slice of local chicken & red pepper pizza at a fundraising event – 200 calories

2:30pm 1 cup water and 1 organic apple with a few slices cheddar cheese – 300 calories

4:30pm Bowl of homemade brocolli / bok choy / cheese soup, 1 glass red wine, and 1 slice freshly-homemade whole wheat bread with butter – 600 calories

5:30pm Another slice of bread slathered in butter – 200 calories

6:30pm Some home-roasted almonds (raw almonds tossed with EVOO and pink Himalayan sea salt / fancy French grey sea salt. Love using fancy salts) with wine and fair trade semi-sweet chocolate chips  – 500 calories

Total calories: 2,200

I had some DEFINITE munchies this evening. I don’t tend to get the munchies at the office (or maybe I do, but it just doesn’t matter since I only bring a limited food supply for the day?), but this evening the munchies were there. Wondering if this might have been in part due to eating grains earlier in the day. Hmmm. Must experiment with this!

Today’s activity:

Yoga: 35 minutes forest vinyasa

Cardio: 50 minutes walking
