Homemade keema matar!

I ate:

9am Two little cups of Starbucks holiday blonde roast coffee (had this when I was volunteering with Angel Squad – pretty good!) – 0 calories

10:30am Grapefruit – 50 calories

11:45am Chunk of red wine cheddar cheese – 150 calories

12pm Glass of water – 0 calories

1pm 1 grapefruit – 50 calories

3:45pm Chunk of edam cheese – 200 calories

4:30pm Homemade keema matar (spicy ground beef with peas) over basmati rice, with a glass of ice water and some homemade egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough from yesterday – 700 calories

5pm Rice crackers and another glass of ice water – 300 calories

5:45pm Some homemade peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie (we made really big cookies, so I just broke off a few pieces) and 2 glasses of ice water – 300

7:30pm 1 glass ice water

Total calories: 1,750

Activity: 1 hour 30 minutes walking (really must get back into strength training and yoga!)

I ate:

8:30am Starbucks coffee at a VERY chilly Angel Squad – 0 calories

9:15am 1 organic apple – 75 calories

11:30am Leftover keema matar – 250 calories

1:15pm Another apple – 75 calories

2pm 2 glasses water – 0 calories

4pm Homemade vegan sushi (nori, rice, avocado, mushrooms, panko, homemade spicy mayo, soy sauce) with a glass of wine and some homemade chocolate chip / peanut butter cookie – 800 calories

5:30pm Another glass of wine and a couple slices organic cheddar cheese – 400 calories

Total calories: 1,600

Activity: 1 hour 40 minutes walking
