8:15am 1 slice homemade whole wheat bread with homemade all-natural smooth peanut butter and local unpasteurized liquid clover honey, plus a go-mug of black coffee.
9:50am 1 glass ice water (plus another one at 10:30am).
11:10am The last of the ribs and mashed potatoes, plus another glass of ice water.
11:30am Some chocolate and peanut butter chips. At some point I will run out of these little guys!
12pm Cup of fusion green & white tea.
Throughout afternoon Another cup of tea, some tamari almonds, and some ice water.
4:30pm Homemade vegetable pot pie with a whole wheat / spelt flour pumpkin biscuit crust, a glass of red wine, and the last of the milk chocolate / PB chips.
7:30pm Ice water, a little half-glass of Pepsi, and home-roasted pumpkin seeds (benefits of roasting a whole pumpkin earlier today!).
