8:15am 1 grapefruit and a go-mug of black coffee (surprise surprise!).
10:30am A small portion of vegetable potpie. Apparently that grapefruit is not going the distance! Also had a glass of ice water.
11:30am Another glass of ice water.
12:30pm Slice of homemade whole wheat bread, toasted and topped with local butter and two free-range eggs (scrambled with oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, and black pepper) with a glass of ice water, followed by an apple with a handful of tamari almonds.
2:30pm 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich (thanks, Mr Science) and more ice water.
4pm 1.5 glasses red wine.
6pm Air-popped popcorn drizzled in local butter and topped with sea salt, plus a glass of ice water and more ice water throughout the evening.
