Today I ate:

  • 1 slice homemade multigrain bread, toasted and topped with all-natural PB and raspberry jam
  • The rest of the green smoothie from yesterday
  • Steel cut oats with hemp hearts, raw almond butter, and local honey
  • 1 glass red wine at Elements: The Restaurant (after-work drinks with coworkers)
  • 2 sausages, 1/2 smooshed potato with butter and pepper, and some corn and green peas, plus another little glass of red wine at home
