This afternoon we had a staff wind-up activity, which included making pizzas and baking them in an outdoor oven. Fun and delicious!
Today I ate:
- 1/2 apple with homemade all-natural PB and a go-mug of black coffee
- The rest of yesterday’s green smoothie
- 2 small stuffed squash bites
- A few little pieces of pizza (toppings included tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, capers, smoked goldeye, basil, oregano, spinach, broccoli, green onions, garlic, peppers… we had some tasty topping combos!)
- The rest of this morning’s apple with homemade all-natural PB
Today’s exercise: 20 minutes gentle hatha yoga, 1 hour 30 minutes walking, 45 minutes biking.
