Today I ate:
- 1/2 apple with homemade all-natural PB
- Salad with mixed greens, homemade dressing (maple syrup / whole grain mustard / grapeseed oil / apple cider vinegar), and freshly-grated parmesan, plus a glass of red wine and a slice of homemade whole wheat bread with butter
- Homemade “cheezy” vegan kale chips, a glass of red wine, and a few fair trade semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 slices homemade pizza (using De Luca’s dough, homemade sauce, pepperoni, local mushrooms, and fancy cheese), and a wee bit rose wine
- 1/2 beer and 1/2 bag mini donuts at a baseball game – my first baseball game ever! Pretty cool.
Today’s activity: 1 hour 40 minutes walking (30 minutes of that included carrying heavy groceries – does that count for strength training? )
