Friday, November 1st

Food:

8am Go-mug of organic black coffee – 0 calories

9:30am 1 slice chocolate chip banana bread from local / sustainable cafe – 400 calories (I munched on this until about 11am)

12pm 1 apple and 1 cup water – 100 calories

3pm 1 cup water and 1 chocolate chip cookie at a networking event – 200 calories

5pm 2 cocktails (1 oz each gin, cherry brandy, and lemon juice, and 2 oz OJ, on ice, per cocktail) – 350 calories

7pm Buttered popcorn, 350 ml Pepsi, and a few Twizzlers at the movies – 1,200 calories?

Total calories: 2,250

Activity:

Yoga: 30 minutes mat Pilates

Cardio: 1 hour 45 minutes walking

Saturday, November 2nd

Weight: 125.6 lbs
Body fat: 25.8 %

Food:

10:15am 1 big mug organic black coffee – 0 calories

10:30am 2 local free-run eggs, scrambled with a little butter, oregano, and crushed red pepper – 200 calories

10:45am 1 cup ice water – 0 calories

11:45am Leftover popcorn from yesterday – 200 calories

2pm 2 glasses red wine – 250 calories

4pm 1 Tootsie roll, handful rice crackers, glass of water, and a cocktail (same one as yesterday) – 350 calories

5pm Homemade sushi! Nori with sushi rice, avocado, shitaake mushrooms, homemade spicy mayo, and panko, with another cocktail – 450 calories

Evening snacks Rice crackers with vegenaise / lemon dilly dip, fair trade milk chocolate, and a glass of water – 500 calories

Total calories: 1,950

Activity:

Yoga: 1 hour Simple Power Vinyasa Flow

Cardio: 45 minutes walking

Sunday, November 3rd

Weight: 126.8 lbs
Body fat: 26.2 %

Meals:

9am Go-mug of black organic coffee – 0 calories

9:30am Nitrate-free bacon, pan-fried organic potatoes, and scrambled free range eggs, with a glass of water – 700 calories (I munched on more potatoes throughout the morning Image may be NSFW.

Rest of the day: I’m always much worse at tracking things on the weekend. Must get better at this! Throughout the rest of the day I had some rice crackers, water, organic cheddar cheese, cocktail, homemade handr0lled gnocchi with homemade Alfredo sauce, wine, fair trade organic chocolate chips… approx 1,300 calories?
