Forgot to do my weigh-in this morning! Oops.
This first week I ate too much though overall – 2,000 calories per day on average (which in and of itself isn’t “too much,” but I felt over-full for a few days last week, and a gained a little bit over the weekend, so that’s a sure sign that I need less than 2,000 calories on average). This week I’m aiming for 1,700 calories on average. Let’s see how I do!

8:30am Go-mug black organic coffee – 0 calories
9:30am Ezekiek sprouted grains wrap with homemade PB and organic raspberry jam – 400 calories
1pm Green smoothie – 200 calories
4:30pm Cocktail and homemade sushi – 700 calories
6pm Fair-trade chocolate chips, slice of cheese, wine – 400 calories
7pm Cup of water – 0 calories
Total calories: 1,700
Activity
Cardio: 1.5 km run, 1 hour 20 minutes walking
Strength training (15 reps of each): double crunches, bicycle crunches, tricep dips, side crunches, push ups
