Today I ate:

7:30am Go-mug of organic black coffee – 0 calories

8:30am Ezekiek sprouted grains wrap with homemade all-natural PB and organic raspberry jam – 400 calories

11am Glass of water – 0 calories

12:30pm Half of a green smoothie with water, home-dried-and-powdered dark leafy greens, chia seeds, chopped apples, and lemon juice – 100 calories (I generally eat the same thing for several weeks or a couple months on end and then switch to some new standard. There may be many more PB wraps and green smoothies over the next little while :) )

3:15pm Homemade gnocchi with homemade Alredo sauce, some red wine, and some fair trade chocolate chips – 800 calories

Throughout the evening: A couple glasses of water – 0 calories

Total calories: 1,300

Activity:

Cardio: 1.5 km run, 1 hour walking

Strength training (15 reps of each using 8-lbs dumbbells): bicep curls, calf raises, overhead tricep extensions, goblet squats, shoulder presses, bent-over rows
