Scrambled eggs with mushrooms

Didn’t bring enough food to eat earlier in the day, so by the evening I was ravenous! Oops.

Weight: 125 lbs
Body fat: 25.9%

Today I ate:

8:30am 1/2 apple with homemade PB, big mug black organic coffee, and 2 local free-range eggs scrambled with a little butter, 2 local shiitake mushrooms, oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes – 450 calories

11am 1/2 green smoothie – 100 calories

4:30pm Homemade borscht, homemade whole wheat bread with butter, and wine – 800 calories

6:30pm Buttery popcorn, a chocolate bar and water – 800 calories

Total calories: 2,150

Today’s activity:

Yoga: 30 minutes Core Yoga

Cardio: 45 minutes walking
