Sunday meals

Today I ate:

10:15am 1 apple with a little homemade organic peanut butter, a glass of ice water, and a go-mug of black dark roast coffee – 200 calories (had a lazy start to the morning, and decided we wanted a Big Breakfast of hashbrown potatoes, scrambled, eggs, and bacon – this snack held me over!)

10:45am Homemade pan-fried potatoes, scrambled local organic free-range eggs, and a few strips of nitrate-free bacon – 500 calories

Throughout the day: More potatoes and bacon (snacked on / nibbled on as I was doing other things. So good!), plus a glass of water – 250 calories

3pm 1 glass red wine – 150 calories

4:30pm Salt & pepper wings and sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo, plus a glass of ice water – 600 calories

Throughout the evening: A few glasses of ice water – 0 calories

Total calories: 1,700
