Delicious way to get in dark leafy greens

Tonight we had a super amazing Caesar salad. Since the weather has become colder and we haven’t been able to access lots of leafy greens from our farmer, our greens intake has definitely declined. This was a great way to have a pile of dark leafy greens all at once and is so delicious!

Body fat: 25.7%

I always seem to forget about the lag that comes a couple days after eating a wee bit too much or a wee bit less than usual. Scale always shows it though! Boo.

Today I ate:

8:30am Go-mug of black dark roast coffee – 0 calories

9:30am Ezekiel sprouted grain wrap with homemade organic peanut butter and organic raspberry jam – 350 calories

12:30pm 1 grapefruit – 50 calories

4pm Caesar salad with homemade dressing (Vegenaise base), homemade croutons using homemade whole wheat bread, parmesan, and locally-grown chicken, plus a glass of ice water and some fair trade chocolate – 600 calories

Throughout the evening: Rice crackers and more water – 350 calories

Total calories: 1,350

Activity: 1.75 km run and 1 hour walking
