Bimuno follow-up review and natural immune boosters

Around a month ago I tried out and did a Bimuno IMMUNAID review. Since then I’ve continued taking the pastilles – and it’s going well! Interestingly, the first day that I didn’t take the daily two pastilles with my breakfast, my immune system kind of fell apart. I was headachey and snuffly and all around exhausted, probably in part because I’d just completed one of my biggest events of the year for work, but I expect it wouldn’t have had quite such an impact if I had been a little more diligent!

Popping pastilles! I love how shiny the image is on the front of the package.

Bimuno IMMUNAID is certainly a good product to consider for this time of year or if you’re trying to boost your immune system in general, and at 20 British pounds for three packages (enough to last about six or seven weeks), it’s a fairly reasonable offer. And how pretty are the sparkling people jumping on the front of the box? Shiny immune systems for all!

I really liked that the Bimuno pastilles are chewable and have a pleasantly sweet taste to them. One of the problems with many supplemental items are that they taste or smell absolutely awful, which can really turn you off from wanting to take them regularly! The packaging on Bimuno IMMUNAID recommends taking two pastilles with breakfast, making it easy to remember to take them.

If you’re looking to enhance your immune system with ingredients already in your kitchen, simply increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly dark leafy greens, citrus fruits, berries, and garlic. That should do the trick to naturally boost your immune system! (Psst… one of the key ingredients in Bimuno is vitamin C, which is found in citrus fruits and berries. Combining Bimuno with these ingredients would be a great way to give your immune system even more of a jump start!).

Grapefruit: one of my personal favourite immune-boosting foods!
