Today I enjoyed the tastiness of:
- 1 go-mug of black coffee
- 1 apple with a few slices of a spice-infused cheese the mother and father dear bought for us on their recent trip to the West Coast (yum!)
- 1 Nature’s Path “berry strawberry” granola bar
- A couple glasses red wine and a few homemade dill pickles
- Bowl of spaghetti squash with homemade meat & tomato sauce (organic beef and freshly-grated parmesan!)
- 1 lifesaver gummy
Considering we had very little in the house after a 10-day vacation, we managed to scrounge up some delicious meals!
Today’s exercise: About 2.5 hours walking.
