Yesterday I ate:
- 1 berry strawberry granola bar and a mug of coffee
- 1 apple with a few slices cheese
- A couple glasses red wine
- A burger patty, a pickle, and some raw Swiss chard with a couple glasses white wine
Yesterday’s activity: 20 minutes gentle hatha yoga and 45 minutes walking
Today I ate:
- 1 slice homemade multigrain bread with homemade all-natural peanut butter, butter, and raspberry jam (only had enough peanut butter for 3/4 of the slice, so had to make do with butter for the last 1/4!)
- 1 mug coffee
- 1 apple with a few slices cheese
- Some homemade cheezy kale chips
- 1 medium buttered popcorn
- 1 homemade stuffed squash bite
Today’s exercise: 2 hours 15 minutes walking, and 20 minutes gentle hatha yoga
