- One plate of leftover pasta with vegetables.
- A couple glasses ice water.
- Two glass red wine.
- One tablespoon semi-sweet organic chocolate chips.
- Two slices homemade whole wheat bread with homemade peanut butter and local honey.

1:30pm Lunch at deer + almond! The mother dear took me out for lunch I had a glass of red wine, a tall glass of ice water, and the hazelnut beet salad (it was on a bed of arugula with strawberries and I think wheat berries; I got feta instead of gorgonzola – this salad was so amazingly delicious!). We also shared the tasty lemon curd / whipped cream / berries / short bread dessert.
3:30pm Another glass of red wine and another glass of ice water.
5:30pm Leftover pasta with vegetables and a glass of water.
7pm Sunflower seeds and ice water.
