This week we made pizza!
Toppings included red bell pepper, onion, broccoli, zucchini, tomato, mushrooms, mozza, and herbs and spices. We used a homemade whole wheat pizza dough (from Flat Belly Diet Cookbook), made our own tomato sauce, and adapted the pizza toppings recipe from The Looneyspoons Collection.
Super tasty! Who says pizza can’t be healthy and delicious?
