7:15am 1 glass of water.
8am 1 Ezekiel organic sprouted-grain tortilla with homemade all-natural peanut butter and local unpasteurized honey, plus a go-mug of black dark-roast coffee.
9am Plain, nonfat organic yogurt with local ground flax and organic frozen raspberries, plus a glass of water.
12:45pm Homemade brownie (about 1-inch square) and a glass of water.
1:45pm Cup of green & white fusion tea with several slices of baguette dipped in EVOO and balsamic.
2:30pm Another brownie (slightly larger than the one earlier today) and another glass of water.
3pm Glass of water.
4:15pm Ribs with homemade dry rub, homemade mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, corn, and a glass of water.
5:30pm One apple, a glass of water, and a bite of brownie.
Exercise: 3.5 km run, 30 minutes walking.
Tues. May 13
8:45am Green smoothie (1 cup water; 1 tsp each bee pollen, chia seeds, and matcha powder; 3 tsp each powdered dark leafy greens and lemon juice; 1 chopped apple; 2 big spoonfuls plain nonfat yogurt) and a go-mug of black dark-roast coffee. I just had half ot eh smoothie.
12:30pm Four perogies, two glasses of water, and a few bites of homemade brownie.
1:15pm Another glass of water.
3:30pm Glass of water, some roasted sunflower seeds, and some chocolate (I had more of this snack later in the evening).
4:30pm Glass of red wine and spiced chickpeas with brown rice.
Exercise: 20 minutes Core Power Yoga, 35 minutes walking.
