Food diary – Thurs. May 22 & Fri. May 23, 2014

Thurs. May 22

7:30am Glass of water with lemon and ice.

9am Ezekiel sprouted grain wrap with homemade peanut butter, local honey, and banana, plus another glass of water.

10:30am One apple.

11:15am Homemade French toast (one slice homemade whole wheat bread dipped in one egg mixed with vanilla extract and cinnamon and pan-fried in butter, then topped with pure maple syrup) and another glass of water.

11:30am Small bowl of peanuts.

1:15pm Small plate of leftover stirfry with brown rice and another glass of lemon water.

2:45pm One glass lemon water.

3:15pm Another glass of lemon water.

4pm Banana with peanut butter and a few chocolate chips.

4:45pm Another plate of stirfry with brown rice.

Just 20 minutes of walking for exercise for me today – still feeling germy and tired. Also had major munchies. I think my body is annoyed about being sick.

Fri. May 23

7:30am 1/2 banana with homemade peanut butter and a glass of lemon water.

9:15am Ezekiel sprouted-grain wrap with homemade peanut butter, local unpasteurized honey, and the other half of the banana, plus a cup of lemon water.

11am One cup lemon water.

1pm One apple.

3:15pm Bowl of plain nonfat organic yogurt with a spoonful of ground flax and a few spoonfuls of frozen blueberries.

3:30pm One glass lemon water and a small bowl of roasted-in-shell peanuts.

4:30pm Bowl of homemade chard & chicken soup, plus a small glass of red wine and a couple tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips.

5:45pm One glass water.

6pm One glass water.

7:15pm Homemade roasted chickpeas and some water. Not so much munchy as hungry today!

Exercise: 40 minutes walking. Felt much better today – just quite tired.
