8:30am Bowl of Fibre 1 cereal with 1% milk and a go-mug of black dark-roast coffee.
9:45am One glass water.
11am One glass water.
11:30am Another glass of water, plus a few slices of cheese and salami.
1:15pm One bottle of water.
2:30pm One glass of water.
3:15pm Bison smokie on a bun with ketchup.
3:30pm Another glass of water. Thirsty from being out in the sun a lot today! Also had a chocolate cakette and a vanilla cakette from Cakeology. Yum yum yum.
4pm One glass red wine.
Exercise: 30 minutes gentle hatha yoga; 35 minutes bicycling; 30 minutes walking.
Wed. June 4
Travel day!
6am Tall black medium-roast Starbucks coffee and a Starbucks breakfast sandwich at the airport.
11am (Ontario time) Half of an Angus burger and half a portion of fries, plus some Pepsi, from Harvey’s. Road trip food! It was my first time eating at a Harvey’s. Pretty generic fast food (a.k.a. kind of gross.).
3pm Small cup of coffee.
5pm A tall glass of champagne (Mr Science and I split a bottle with my Grandma and Grandpa dear).
6pm Dinner cooked by Grandma! We had roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, peas, and mashed potatoes, plus a glass of red wine, rhubarb pie, and a couple pieces of cooked pears.
Throughout the evening: Some water.
