Food diary – Sat. June 7 & Sun. June 8, 2014

Sat. June 7

8:15am Breakfast at Daybreak Diner – I had about half of the plate provided, which resulted in a couple slices of bacon, two over-easy eggs with one slice multigrain toast and a pancake with butter and syrup, plus a cup of black coffee.

9am Another cup of coffee.

11am One bottle of water.

12:45pm A slice of leftover pizza from yesterday, plus a little glass of red wine.

Throughout the afternoon: About a cup of water.

5:30pm Burger with bacon / lettuce / tomato / cheese / mayo and “the works,” plus half a portion of fries and about a cup of Pepsi at a local burger place.

6:15pm Another glass of red wine.

Exercise: About 5 or 6 hours walking. Feet were SORE after today’s explorations!

Sun. June 8

8:45am Two slices of cantaloupe, 1/2 dozen red grapes, one small croissant, and a cup of black coffee.

Throughout the morning: One bottle water.

10:30am Another cup of coffee.

11:30am Another small croissant.

12:30pm Roast beef wrap.

1pm Mixed greens salad with a strawberry dressing, plus a white chocolate chip Macadamia nut cookie.

Throughout the afternoon: One bottle water.

2pm A couple pieces pineapple, a couple slices cantaloupe and melon, and some more grapes.

5:15pm Hot Italian sausage with ketchup in a bun, plus some water.

7:45pm One glass red wine and some Breton popped crackers with raw comte cheese and aged cheddar.

Exercise: About 3 hours of walking (I was at the conference for most of today).
