Food diary – Fri. June 13 & Sat. June 14, 2014

Fri. June 13

Not listed but consumed throughout the day: Halls!

8am Bowl of Nature’s Path cereal with milk.

8:30am One mug black dark-roast coffee.

10am One glass of water.

12:45pm Small handful U-RAAW! Picnic Trail Treat trail mix and a small glass of orange juice.

4:30pm One glass Ginger Ale.

5:15pm Homemade chicken Caesar salad and another glass of Ginger Ale.

6pm About 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips.

7:15pm Small popcorn and about half of a small Coke at the movies.

9:30pm One glass water.

Exercise: 1 hour walking. Back to running and yoga next week!

Sat. June 14

7:30am Small glass of orange juice.

8am Mug of black dark-roast coffee.

9am One glass water.

10:15am One mimosa.

10:45am Brunch! Two slices French toast with syrup, two breakfast sausages, and some fruit with yogurt.

11:15am One slice coffee cake and a cup of coffee.

11:45am Another mimosa (brunch continues!).

3pm One glass water and three strawberries.

4pm Soba noodles in homemade peanut sauce with broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

5pm One glass red wine and about 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Throughout the evening: A couple more glasses of water.

Exercise: 10 minutes walking.
