Mon. August 4 & Tues. August 5, 2014

On Monday I ate:

glass of water
9:30am – One glass water (had a late start to the day, so this was the first thing I consumed after going for a run!)
coffee
10:15am – Coffee in a Scrabble mug! (This mug is supposed to belong to Mr Science, but I’m pretty sure I use it way more frequently).
water glass
10:45am – Another glass of water.
bowl of oats
11:25am – Bowl of oatmeal with water, local rolled oats, whey powder, cane sugar, ground flax, cinnamon, and maple syrup (I ate almost all of this except for a couple bites).

11:40am – One glass water.

1:45pm – Half of a glass of chocolate milk.
chickpea snack
2:30pm – Half of these home-roasted organic chickpeas (Mr Science and I shared them), plus two glasses of water, not pictured.

3:10pm – One homemade dill pickled green bean.

red wine
5pm – One glass red wine (might’ve refilled this glass a couple more times over the next 2 hours ;)).

7pm – Buttery popcorn (about 3/4 of a medium size), Pepsi (about 1/3 of a large size), and 6 Twizzlers at the movies (we saw Guardians of the Galaxy and it was so good!).

9:45pm – Small glass of water.

Monday’s exercise: 5 km run; 1 hour 30 minutes walking.

On Tuesday I ate:

healthy breakfast
8am – One pink lady apple and one go-mug of black dark-roast coffee.
glass of chocolate milk
10am – One glass chocolate milk.

11am – One glass water.

homemade salad dressing
12pm – Salad with locally-grown mixed spring greens and arugula topped with homemade maple-mustard dressing, plus a glass of water.
Rawnata Manitoba
1pm – Piece of a Rawnata chocolate hemp snacker.
roasted pistachios
1:20pm – Roasted & salted pistachios (I filled this bowl up another couple times), plus a glass of water.

2pm – One glass water.

4:30pm – 6:30pm – Several glasses rose / red wine (drinks with the sistertraveller after not seeing her for nearly a year!).

dinner at Billabong
7:30pm – Dinner at Billabong with the mother dear & sistertraveller (I had 1 scallop, 1.3 crab cakes, a couple cheese cubes, a couple pieces each chorizo & proscuitto, a piece of garlic toast & a pickle).
red wine sangria
Also with dinner – a glass of sangria!

9:30pm – Three glasses of water.

Tuesday’s exercise: 45 minutes gentle hatha yoga; 1 hour 20 minutes walking; 12 push ups.
